Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
To start a return, you can contact us at info@mmomotorsport.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at info@mmomotorsport.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If customer received damaged product, customer need to send emailto info@mmomotorsport.com in 72 Hours of item delivered. Otherwise, no return/replacement/refund will be provided from us.
Customer need to feedback the product quality/defective issue once they received it in 72 Hours. If customer feedback the item issue after installation, this kind of request is not acceptable, us won't provide return and refund on that order.
Customer need to send pictures in emails, we will recognize the return reason/confirm the issue(Please feedback the fitment issue with the required pictures/informations within 10 days after MMO send you email to require that/tips MMO suggestted, otherwise the return request will be closed on our end)

Return Reason
Detail information of your car and pictures of the car (for fitment issue confirmation)
Pictures of the fitment issue area, and full test install (for fitment issue confirmation)
Pictures of the front look and back view of the products in full view(product condition confirmation)
Pictures of the all shipping labels in the package box
Picture of damage area of the product (If damaged product received)
Return package without authorization by MMO is not acceptable, no replacement or refund will be provided for unauthorized return. Thank you for your understanding!
Orders which is been shipped out and still in transit/shipment cannot be canceled, returned or refunded. Customer need to apply the return or refund after he receive the products.
If the return is caused by mmomotorsport, We will provide the return label/refund/exchange. Shipping costs are borne by us and there is no restocking fee.
There will be restocking fee (20% of the order's original purchase price) been deducted from the refund for non-defective return. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Order Cancellation
If cancel reason is on mmomotorsport, mmomotorsport will provide full refund to customer
If cancel reason is on Customer and the order has not been fulfilled, there will be cancellation fee, it 5% of the order amount due transaction.
Orders which have been shipped out cannot be canceled, please check if you need to apply the return

What Kind of Return is Acceptable?
Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw or defect pictures is necessary to complete your request.
Buyers must contact us within 30 days of delivery and the following information will be provided(if buyer receive defective item/damage items):

Refund Policy
REFUND
If order cancelled by us, we will provide full refund, refund can be only to original payment account which customer used to place the order.
If order cancelled before fulfilled on buyers' reason, we will refund 95% of the order amount.(there is 5% cancellation fee been deducted )
If buyer want to get refund of the order after order has been shipped out, customer can refuse the delivery and let the shipping company return the package to us. Please note that the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Shipment Tracking

No Additional Taxes for UK Customers
For UK customers, there are no additional taxes on our products. You only pay the final selling price at MMO MOTORSPORT.

MMOMOTORSPORT Warranty Policy
MMOMOTORSPORT offers a 30-day limited warranty for parts only. All products come with a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturer's defects.
Warranty is for replacement only.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Customer needs to contact MMOMOTORSPORT within 30 days of package delivery for any order issues. For damage caused during the shipping process, the buyer must contact MMOMOTORSPORT within 72 hours of package delivery.
The warranty does not apply to improper installation, water/fire damage, modification, or any acts of nature.

2: How Long Does It Take to Ship My Order?
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours after payment is cleared. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If you don't receive any shipping confirmation within the usual handling time, please send an email with your order number to our customer service at info@mmomotorsport.com for assistance.
3: What Payment Methods Are Accepted by MMO MOTORSPORT?

4: How to Track Order Shipping Information?
- For shipments via UPS, DX-EXPRESS, UK-HERMES, EMS, and other well-known services, buyers can track their package on the respective official sites using the tracking code provided. Alternatively, visit 17track.net for shipping information.
- For EMS shipments, tracking may sometimes be delayed. If you cannot find any valid tracking information, please feel free to contact us!
5: Damaged/Defective Item Received?
If you receive a product in damaged or defective condition, please contact MMO MOTORSPORT for a replacement or refund immediately. Do not attempt to install or return a damaged part on your vehicle.
Important Notes:
- Retain the damaged item, packaging, and all contents until the claim is confirmed and resolved.

Please report damage within 3-7 days and defective items within 30 days of product delivery. Otherwise, MMO MOTORSPORT cannot provide a replacement or refund for those orders.
6: Product with Fitment Questions
If the product does not seem to fit your vehicle, please contact us with the following information by sending an email to info@mmomotorsport.com:
- The specific model of your car and a picture of the placement where the product needs to be installed.
- A picture of the shipping labels on the package box.
- A picture showing a full view comparing the product and the bodyline of your car where the product needs to be installed. Please also include detailed pictures of the non-fitting area.
Our Customer Care Specialists will help you determine if the fitment issue is caused by the product or if you ordered the wrong item for your car.
Fitment Issues in Two Situations:
- A: If buyers find the item doesn't fit their car, but that car model is listed in the fitment range on our product page, we will provide a return and exchange or return and refund. The return shipping cost is covered by MMO MOTORSPORT.
- B: If a customer orders the wrong product for their vehicle, we can authorize a non-defective return and exchange or refund. The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility if the product and package are in new and good condition.
